Mrs. Virginia Handy Tutt was born November 7, 1922 in Green County, KY to the late Herbert Lewis Handy and Sally Edna Hayes Handy. She departed this life Sunday, February 5, 2017 at The Grandview Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility in Campbellsville, KY., having attained the age of ninety-four years, two months and twenty-eight days.
Virginia had made a profession of Faith in Christ and was a member of the Bethany Baptist Church. She was a homemaker. Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Thomas Austin Tutt one son: Morris Stubbs and one brother: Homer Handy.
She is survived by one son and three daughters Don Rogers of Louisville, Phyllis and Gaylon Yarberry and Theresa Jo Yates of Campbellsville and Judy and Werner Urban of Greensburg, five brothers and two sisters: Ed and Margaret Handy, Bill and May Handy, and Rex and Pat Handy all of Greensburg, Harold and Marlene Handy and Benny and Reba Handy of Louisville, Opal Tutt of Campbellsville and Wilma and Bobby Landis of Greensburg, thirteen grandchildren: Bridgett and Melvin Bradley, Chad Stubbs, Sparky Cash, Treva and Bobby Phillips, Geno and Angie Cash, Donnie Rogers, Trevor and Maureen Robertson, Carolee and Doyle Lloyd, Ryan H. and Christy Quinn, Derek Austin Yates and C.J. Simpson, Latisha and Brandon Carmicle, Chasity and Chad Spaulding, Toria Yarberry, seventeen great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren, plus a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation: 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. Central Time Tues., February 7, 2017 and after 7 a.m. Central Time Wednesday at Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home
