Shirleen Nowak was born November 12, 1946 in Memphis Tennessee to the late Rafael Harold Christian and Shirley Irene Lewis Christian. She departed this life Saturday, June 12, 2021 at her home in Metcalfe County, Kentucky, having attained the age of seventy-four years and seven months.
She was united in marriage to John Nowak, who precedes her in death. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Besides her parents and husband she is preceded in death by one brother: Harold Christian.
She is survived by five children: John and Belinda Nowak of Edmonton, KY, Jennifer and John Coe and Raymond and Cynthia Ingram of Glasgow, KY, Regina and Jamie Akers of Lebanon Junction, KY and Tonya Gardner of Washington
Graveside services for Shirleen Nowak will be conducted 11 a.m. Central Time Monday, June 14, 2021 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Cemetery in the Sulphur Well Community of Metcalfe County.
The Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home in Greensburg is in charge of the arrangements.
