Ronnie Dean Gardner was born August 7, 1956 in Munfordville, KY to Archie and Katherine King Gardner of Hodgenville, KY. He departed this life Friday, May 10, 2019 at his home in Greensburg, KY, having attained the age of sixty-two years, nine months and three days.
He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of Mt. Moriah Baptist Church in Larue County, KY. He was a United States Navy Veteran, serving during the Vietnam War. He was a contractor. He was a Kentucky Colonel.
Besides his parents, he is survived by four daughters and two sons-in-law: Jennifer Hope Veirs of Hodgenville, Whitney Smith of Greensburg, Lora Beth Harlow and her husband Kyle of Cave City and Mariah Dean Lee and her husband Josh of Horse Cave, one brother: Gary Gardner of Elizabethtown, one sister Theresa Gardner of Hodgenville, a special friend Sue Gardner of Horse Cave and ten grandchildren: Aaliyah Miller, Savannah Smith, Kylie Basham, Nicholas Basham, Lilly Mae Harlow, Kayson Lee, Kennah Gardner, Kirsten, Austin and Maddie, plus a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation: 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. Saturday, May 11, 2019 and after 7 a.m. Sunday, May 12, 2019

Interment: Mt. Moriah Cemetery, Larue County, KY
