Patricia “Poochie” Smith age 43, of Green County passed away Saturday, December 30, 2017 at Jane Todd Hospital ER. She is survived by two children: Sa’Von Brewer and Samiyah Brewer, her significant other: Kenny Brewer all of Greensburg, KY., one sister and her spouse: Tonia Smith-Ellery and Kevin of Lexington, KY., one aunt and her husband: Linda Smith-Hines and James of Greensburg, KY., and one uncle: Michael Smith of Lexington, KY., her special friend: Melissa Simpson of Campbellsville.
Funeral services for Patricia “Poochie” Smith will be conducted 11 a.m. Central Time Thursday at Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home in Greensburg, KY.
The wake and visitation will be from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. Central Time Wednesday and after 7 a.m. Thursday at Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home in Greensburg.
The family has requested that expressions of sympathy be donations to the Mt Moriah Cemetery. These can be made at the funeral home.
