Max E. Calhoun , age 56, husband of Jeanna Calhoun, died Wednesday, January 9, 2013.
Born September 2, 1956 in Green County, Kentucky, he was the son of the late Frank Calhoun, Jr. and Mary Elizabeth Gartin Calhoun.
Mr. Calhoun was a production team leader for Toyota for 25 years and a member of the Second Baptist Church. He was a motorcycle and car enthusiast, enjoying auto body work and belonging to the Gold Wing Road Riders Association.
Survivors other that his wife include two children: Kim Calhoun (Kenyon), Max Calhoun, Jr.: six stepchildren: Jonathan Cox, Jade Blanton, Teresa Mitchell, Denise Underwood, Missy Orberson and Ray Sherrill: grandchildren, Kenya, Kenden, Colton, Jeremy, Jessica, Michael, Amber, Timmy, Chryslee, Matt, Ryan, Austin; one great grandchild, Taylor, Brothers and sisters: Beverly, Terry (Shonny), Lynn, Eric, Cecil, Frankie, Mark and Andre (Patricia) Calhoun; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held 4 - 8 p.m., Central Time, Saturday at the Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home in Greensburg. A second visitation will be held 12 - 5 p.m. Sunday with a 5 p.m. service at Kerr Brothers Funeral Home, Harrodsburg Road, Lexington with Jeremy Taylor and Rev. Andre Calhoun officiating.
