Matthew Franklin Northcutt was born November 22, 1987 in Sandwich, Illinois to Donna Shotts of Greensburg and the late Kenneth Northcutt. He departed this life Thursday, March 15, 2018 at his home in Green County, having attained the age of thirty years, three months and twenty-three days.
He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was of the Nazarene Faith. Besides his father, he is preceded in death by this grandfather: Donald Shotts.
He is survived by his mother: Donna Shotts of Greensburg, two sisters: Melissa Montgomery and her husband Tim of Greensburg and Erica Peray and her Fiance’ Derrick Sims of Oswego, Illinois and one brother: Michael Volbrecht and his wife Jessica of Greensburg, his grandmother: Dorothy Shotts of Marshall, Illinois, plus a host of other relatives and friends.
Place and Time of Service: Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home, Greensburg, KY - 3 p.m. CT Sunday, March 18, 2018
Visitation: 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. Sunday
Minister: Bro. Richard Morgan
The family chose cremation after the funeral service. There will be no burial.
The family has requested that expressions of sympathy be donations to Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home for funeral expenses.
