Mrs. Mary Lou Lingle was born June 9, 1928 in Green County, Kentucky to the late Dr. James C. Graham and Josie Lee Settle Graham. She departed this life Tuesday, December 11, 2012 at her home in Green County, Kentucky, having attained the age of eighty-four years, six months and two days.

She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Greensburg United Methodist Church. She was a retired teacher and she had been a member of the Greensburg Chapter 232 Order of the Eastern Star for 70 years, making her be the longest member of the chapter. She was an accomplished artist and a member of the Greensburg Arts Council. She was united in marriage to James I. Locklear, Jr., who preceded her in death. She was also united in marriage to William Lingle, who survives. Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by one sister: Jessie Graham Vodopich.

She is survived by two stepsons: Keith Lingle of Illinois and Todd Lingle of Louisville, six grandchildren, one great grandchild, plus a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Lou Lingle will be conducted 11 a.m., Central Time, Friday, December 14, 2012 at the Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home with Bro. Dale Curry officiating. Entombment in Greensburg Mausoleum.

Visitation will be after 4 p.m., Central Time, Thursday, December 13, 2012 at the funeral home.
