Martie Lynn Rodgers was born August 11, 1979 in Taylor County, KY to Edwin “Poochie” Rogers of Charlotte, North Carolina and the late Tracy Louise Ray Rogers. She departed this life Saturday, January 5, 2019 at her home in Green County, having attained the age of thirty-nine years, four months and twenty-four days.
She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was of the Baptist Faith. She was a Nursing Assistant and a Waitress.
She is survived by her husband: Timmy Everly and two daughters: Hanna Marie Jonas and Callie Mae Everly, of Greensburg, her father: Edwin “Poochie” Rogers of Charlotte, North Carolina, one sister: Shannon Louise Rogers of Greensburg, one brother: Daniel Watson of Louisville and one half-sister: Sarah Elizabeth Johnson of North Carolina.
A Graveside Service for Martie Lynn Rogers will be conducted 11 a.m. Friday, January 11, 2019 at the Bethlehem Cemetery with Bro. Garnett Wayne Davis officiating. Burial will follow in Bethlehem Cemetery.
Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
The family has requested that expressions of sympathy be donations to the family burial fund. These can be made at the funeral home.
