Martha Flodenia Burris

Martha Flodenia Burris was born June 21, 1929 in Green County, KY to the late Thomas Hulse Wilcoxson, Sr. and Beatrice Lemmons Wilcoxson. She departed this life Tuesday, October 16, 2018 at her home in Green County, having attained the age of eighty-nine years, three months and twenty-five days.
She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Summershade Methodist Church. She was a homemaker and a farmer. She was united in marriage November 9, 1945 to Eunie Hardin Burris, who precedes her in death. Besides her parents and husband, she is preceded in death by one son-in-law: Charlie Simpson and two brothers: Thomas Hulse Wilcoxson, Jr. and Jerry Simpson Wilcoxson.
She is survived by one son and two daughters: Danny and Pam Burris, Elaine Simpson, and Kim and Peediddle Darnell, all of Greensburg, two grandchildren: Brian and Christie Burris and Tony and Chesley Gray, eight great grandchildren, two step great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.

Visitation: 5 p.m. CT until 8 p.m. CT Wednesday and after 7 a.m. CT Thursday at Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home in Greensburg
