Margaret Emma (Loyall) Elmore

Margaret Emma (Loyall) Elmore of Summersville, KY., was born in Green County, KY. on August 2, 1931, to the late Lloyd and Ida Dale Goff Loyall. She departed this life on Sunday, September 8, 2024, at her home in Summersville, having attained the age of ninety-three years, one month and six days of age.

She made a profession of faith in Christ in 1944 and was a member of Sand Lick Separate Baptist Church. Margaret loved fishing and playing rook. She was a housewife and farmer and milked cows. She enjoyed collecting antiques and dolls. She didn’t like to throw anything away and liked to buy things in bulk.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Clay Elmore, three brothers: Earl Loyall, William Loyall, and Eugene Loyall; and one sister-in-law: Alene Loyall.

Survivors include special friends: Darrell and Susan Pollock and Cindy Meade, plus a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

9 A.M. Wednesday, September 11, 2024

Visitation:  Tuesday, September 10, 2024, from 5pm-8pm central time and after

7 am on Wednesday until the time of the service at the funeral home.

Burial:  Bloyd-Perkins Cemetery, Summersville Community of Green County

Pallbearers:  Ricky Loyall, Donald Stone, Shane Ward, J.W. Scott,  Darrin Loyall, W.L.Berry

Honoray Pallbearers:  Bill and Billie Meade, Betty Lile, Barry Ward

The family has requested that expressions of sympathy be donations to Hosparus of Green River, and these can be made at the funeral home.
