Larry Neil Jones

Larry Neil Jones was born July 3, 1935 in Green County, Kentucky to the late Walter D. “Boy” and Arlyne Spillman Jones.  He departed this life Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at the U of L Hospital in Louisville, having attained the age of eighty-five years and seven months.

He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Greensburg United Methodist Church. He was a United States Army veteran. He was the Head Electrician for Anamag. He was united in marriage to Tillie Bagby Jones on January 1, 1954. He is preceded in death by one brother: Cliff Jones.

Besides his wife he is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law: Ron and Marla Jones of Greensburg and Kevin and Tessa Jones of Campbellsville; five grandchildren: Chris Jones, Blake Jones, Cliff Jones, Larry Kevin Jones, and Hayden Jones; two great-grandchildren: Luci Jones and Ollie Jones; Plus, a host of other relatives and friends.

Graveside services for Larry Neil Jones will be conducted privately at the Greensburg Cemetery with Bro. Gary Baker officiating.

The family has requested that donations be made to the Greensburg United Methodist Church and these can be made at the funeral home.
