Jesse Lepper

Jesse Lepper , 69, of Indianapolis, passed away on February 12, 2020.

Jese was born in Indianapolis, IN on May 11, 1950 to Jesse L Lepper and Clara "Dee" J. Hignite. He did many jobs over the years, everything from paramedic, to volunteer firefighter, to tree removal, and power and lighting. Needless to say, he liked to work with his hands and keep busy. He was always tinkering with cars or working in his yard. He also designated himself as the personal taxi of the family, and drove everyone everywhere. Before his health took a turn he loved to cook. He was a loving, kindhearted, giving man, who helped everyone he could. Jesse liked to take care of his family, loving them with his actions while chastising them with his words. He will be missed.

Jesse is survived by his wife, Diane Lepper; his children Jason, Misty, Tamera, Shonda, and Brett; his step children Regina and Thomas; his siblings Denise "Sis" McFadden; Charles Lepper, and Benny Ray Lepper; 24 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Jesse is preceded in passing by his father Jesse L. Lepper; and his mother Dee Hignite.

Funeral Services for Jesse will be conducted Saturday, February 22, 2020 at 6 PM at Fountain Square Cremation & Funeral Services. Visitation will be from 3 PM until the hour of service. For more information about this obituary call Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home in Greensburg.
