Mr. James William Sebastion was born January 28, 1937 in Taylor County, Kentucky to the late Richard Henry Sebastion and Mary Ella Richardson Sebastion. He departed this life Sunday, August 23, 2020 at the Kindred Hospital at Jewish, having attained the age of eighty-three years, six months, and twenty-six days.
He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Pleasant Union Baptist Church and was also in the Asphalt Business. Besides his parents, he is preceded in death by his daughter: Lolita Antoinette Sebastion; five brothers: John Henry Sebastion, Wallace Sebastion, Tom Willie Sebastion, Robert Lee Sebastion, Richard Sebastion, Jr.; and one sister: Lillian Mae Bow.
He is survived by two sons: Fabian Sebastion and his fiancé Monica Ferguson of Indianapolis, Indiana, Eric Sebastion and his wife Veronica of San Antonio, Texas; one daughter: Cynthia Johnson of Scottsville, Kentucky; one sister: Frances Sebastion of Aurora, Illinois; six grandchildren: Xavier Hassan Richardson, Ariana D. Johnson, Hannah L. Johnson, F. Rochon Sebastion, Erekha J. Sebastion, Vontae E. Sebastion. Plus, a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services for James William Sebastion will be conducted 12 p.m., Central Time, Saturday, August 29, 2020 at the Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Pleasant Run Cemetery. A walk through visitation will be Saturday from 10 a.m., Central Time, until the funeral hour.
