George William Wanamaker

Mr. George William Wanamaker, the son of the late Ellen R. Brown Wanamaker and the late Stephen J Wanamaker, was born May 10th 1937 in Melrose, Massachusetts, and departed this life on March 1,2022 at TJ Sampson Hospital in Glascow, Ky. He was 84 years,9 months and 22 days old.
He was a United States Veteran. He was a well known dog breeder, He was a member of The Collie Club of N.H. and The Keeshond Club of N.H. He loved sports. He was united in marriage to Janice Wanamaker who preceded him in death.
He is survived by his significant other, Toni Holland of Ky. Also surviving are four sons; William Wanamaker, Edward Wanamaker, and Kenneth McKiernan, all of New Hampshire, and Gary Wanamaker of Massachusetts, two daughters; Debra Cobb of New Hampshire and Donna Bourke of Georgia; two brothers and one sister; John Wanamaker of Massachusetts, Alan Wanamaker of Florida and Eileen Kelley of Massachusetts and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
The family chose cremation. There will be no formal funeral services.
