Mrs. Dorothy Cooper was born March 30, 1927 in Green County, KY to the late Edward Baker and Martha Whitehead England . She departed this life Saturday, March 18, 2017 at the Green Hill Nursing and Rehab in Greensburg, having attained the age of eighty-nine years, eleven months and eighteen days.
She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Greensburg Baptist Church. She was a Dietary Tech/Aide at Jane Todd Crawford Hosital. She enjoyed quilting, crocheting and cooking. Her favorite colors were blue and white. She enjoyed traveling and bargain shopping. Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Earl Cooper, four brothers: John, Ulis, Marvin, and Richard and three sisters: Faye, Alta and Myrtle.
She is survived by three daughters: Pat (Ronnie O) Milby of Greensburg, KY., Linda Cooper of Nashville, TN., and Jodi (Jeff) Coulter of Danville, KY., three grandchildren: Rick Puckett (Lauren), Michael Puckett (Peggy), Trista Gribbons (Gerald), five step grandchildren: Anita Milby, Angela Coulter, Melinda Wilson (Brent), Misty Boston (Brian) and Michelle Westfall (Derrick), nineteen great-grandchildren, eight great great grandchildren plus a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation: 3 p.m. until 8 p.m., Monday and after 7 a.m. Tuesday

Interment In: Bethlehem Cemetery, Green County, KY
Pallbearers: Michael Puckett, Rick Puckett, Matthew Edwards, Aaron Lambert, Gerald Gribbons, Christopher Lambert, Brian Boston
