Mrs. Doris Ann Curry was born March 16, 1936 in Adair County, KY to the late Etheridge Banks Curry and Inez Brockman Curry. She departed this life May 25, 2016 at the Baptist East Hospital in Louisville having attained the age of eighty years, two months and nine days.

Doris had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Valley View Baptist Church. Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by four brothers and two sisters: Harold, Charles, Willie, Roger and Juanita Curry and Eva Jewell Shuffett.

She is survived by two sons and their wives: Edwin Keith and Patricia Curry, Sr. of Taylorsville, Dennis Grady and Sue Curry of Lawrenceburg and one daughter: Kristie Dawn McClung of Taylorsville, two brothers and their wives: Joe and Jane Curry of Campbellsville and Jim and Thelma Curry of Greensburg, five sisters and one brother-in-law: Judy Metcalfe of Greensburg, Louise Parrish and Sue Bondurant of Pensacola, Florida, Wanda and Mitch Edelen of Orlando, Florida, and Martha Curry of Greensburg, six grandchildren: Natalie Lewis, Ryan Hawkins, Brandon and Keith Curry, Lydia and Megan McClung and four great grandchildren: Jordan, Landon, Abbi and Aubree Lewis, plus a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation: 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. Saturday, May 28, 2016
