Donald Edward Grider was born May 17, 1952 in Russell Springs, KY to the late Donald Lee and Lola Meadows Grider. He departed this life Monday, January 8, 2024, at Jane Todd Crawford Hospital.
He had made a profession of faith in Christ. He was an auctioneer.
He is survived by his wife: Deborah Baldwin Grider, two sons: Donald E. Grider of Greensburg, Daniel Eric Grider and his fiancé, Donna Kuntz of Columbus, Indiana, one daughter: Dawn Grider of North Vernon, Indiana, three grandchildren: Carl Grider of North Vernon, Indiana, Felicia Grider Cope of Shelbyville, Indiana and Nathaniel Grider of Columbus, Indiana, four great grandchildren, plus a host of other relatives and friends.
Due to the weather the graveside service for Donald Edward Grider has been changed to 1 pm Central Time Thursday, January 18, 2024, at New Friendship Cemetery in Russell Springs, KY. with Bro. Wayne Baldwin officiating. Burial will follow in the New Friendship Cemetery.
Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home in Greensburg is in charge of arrangements.
The family has requested that expression of sympathy be donations to the funeral home to help take care of the funeral arrangements.
