David Smith

David Lyle Smith was born March 11, 1951 in Hillsboro, Ohio to the late Ralph and Georgia Evelyn Baker Smith. He departed this life Saturday, June 19, 2021 at the T.J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow, having attained the age of seventy years, three months and eight days.
He was a truck driver. Besides his parents, he is preceded in death by one sister: Dianna Dillow.
He is survived by one son and daughter-in-law: David Sydney and Lindsay Smith of Tacoma, Washington, two sisters: Carol Fryman of Greensburg, Linda Sexton of Dayton, Ohio and two brothers: Ralph Smith Jr. of San Antonio, Texas and Gary E. Smith of Dayton Ohio.
Following Mr. Smith’s wishes the family chose cremation.
