Cherie Greer

Ms. Cherie Greer was born March 12, 1959 in Shelby County, Kentucky to the late Arvin Sampson and Evelyn Peach Sampson. She departed this life Monday, April 13, 2020 at the Grandview Nursing and Rehab, having attained the age of sixty-one years, one month and one day.
She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was of the Christian faith. She was a homemaker. Besides her parents she is preceded in death by two sisters: Brenda Reece and Dorothy Kelly.
She is survived by two daughters: Melissa Cherie Hayes and her husband Matthew and Michelle Lynn Jeffries and her husband John all of Greensburg and one brother: Doyle Thomas Sparrow of Louisville. Plus a host of other relatives and friends.
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic and executive order by the Kentucky Governor Beshear, the services for Mrs. Cherie Greer will be conducted privately with Bro. Harold Hayes officiating, burial will follow in the Whitlock-Jeffries Cemetery .
