Carroll Dale Wallace

Mr. Carroll Dale Wallace was born April 13, 1934, in Pierce, Green County, Kentucky to James L. Wallace and Mattie Warf Wallace.

Carroll Dale married Norma Ruth Trowbridge Wallace, who survives.  He is also survived by one son:  Larry Dale Wallace of Louisville, one brother: James Sharon Wallace of the Pierce Community of Green County, grandchildren:  Andrew Christian, Wendy Jo, Erica Elaine, Misty Marie, along with eight great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.

Preceding him in death were his parents, James L. and Mattie Warf Wallace.

He was a member of Houks Chapel United Methodist Church in Pierce, KY and an associate member of Epiphany Methodist Church in Louisville, KY.

After having served in the United States Air Force, Korean War in Security Service he chose a career with Brinly and Hardy Farm Machinery and retired from Bryant Equipment Company.   He was a member of the American Legion and the VFW in Louisville.

On January 1, 2025, Carroll Dale departed this earthly life and even though we are deeply saddened and will miss him much, we can rejoice in the fact that he is now with Jesus his Savior.            He had attained the age of ninety years, eight months and nineteen days.

Funeral services for Mr. Carroll Dale Wallace will be conducted 1 p.m., Central Time, Wednesday, January 8, 2025, at the Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home with Rev. Alisa Carman officiating.  Burial will follow in the Pierce Community Cemetery in Green County with Full Military Honors provided by the Marion County Veterans Honor Guard, Lebanon, KY.

Visitation will be 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. Central Time Tuesday, January 7, 2025, and after 7 a.m. Central Time Wednesday until time of the funeral service.
