Barry Martin Houk

Barry Martin Houk was born June 23, 1941 in Green County, KY to the late Charlie Houk and Bea Thompson Houk. He departed this life Tuesday, October 11, 2016 at the Jane Todd Crawford Hospital having attained the age of seventy-five years, three months and eighteen days.

He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of Community Baptist Church and was also entrusted as a Deacon. He was a Fire Marshall.

He is survived by his wife Linda Simpson Houk, two sons and one daughter: Melvin (Lori) Houk of Eddyville, KY., Robbie (Wanda) Houk of Greensburg, KY., Debbie (Ryan) Hepworth of Gulf Breeze, Florida, three sisters-in-law: Faye Houk and Peggy Houk both of Campbellsville, KY., Ellen Houk of Greensburg, KY., one brother in law: Bobby Joe Simpson of LaGrange, KY., six grandchildren: John Bryant (Danay) Houk, Kaylin Bess Houk, April Houk, Andrew Houk, Carson Hepworth, Zoe Hepworth plus a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

Place and Time of Service: Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home 12 Noon ct Saturday, October 15, 2016

Visitation: 5-8 pm ct Friday and after 7 am Saturday
