Barbara Jean Jeffries Wright was born January 16, 1947 in Green County, KY to the late Sylvester and Elsie Bell Wilson Jeffries. She departed this life Sunday, October 1, 2017 In Green County, KY having attained the age of seventy years, eight months and fifteen days.
She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was of the Baptist Faith. She worked at Fruit of the Loom, at Jane Todd Crawford Hospital and she was a daycare worker. Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister: Pamela Gayle Moore.
She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law: Lisa and William “J.R.” Hale of Green County and one son: Bobby Darin Wright of Campbellsville. She is also survived by three grandchildren: Andy, Katelyn and Brandon Hunter Wright and two great grandchildren: Brantley and Rylan Northrup, four sisters and two brothers-in-law: Joyce and Cecil Coffey, Jolene Jeffries, Linda Kay and James Henderson and Rita Sluder, all of Greensburg, plus a host of other relatives and friends.
A graveside service will be conducted 10 a.m. Central Time Tuesday, October 3, 2017 at the Pink Ridge Cemetery in Metcalfe County with Rev. Mickey Pruitt officiating. Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home in Greensburg is in charge of the arrangements.
